Responsibilities:

Lead Creative Expeditions: Spearhead design projects from conception to completion, ensuring that every pixel tells a tale.
Collaborate & Conquer: Work hand-in-hand with our multidisciplinary team of developers, marketers, and content creators to bring innovative ideas to life.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Dive deep into design trends, ensuring that our work is always fresh, relevant, and ahead of the competition.
Mentor & Inspire: Guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and continuous learning.
Client Collaboration: Engage with clients, understanding their vision, and translating it into digital masterpieces.

What we’re looking for:

Experience: 5+ years in digital design with a portfolio that makes our jaws drop.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and other industry tools.
Innovative Thinker: Someone who challenges and reinvents design norms.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that every design element serves a purpose.
Communication Maestro: Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure seamless collaboration.
