The Security Group (TSG) was formed from a merger between two security companies: Alpha Plus Security Ltd and Bowless Security. The merger has allowed the company to grow rapidly and they now sit in the top 5% of security companies nationally. TSG works with a variety of clients, in particular a number from the West End of London such as the creative agency Ogilvy.
Lightflows was approached to completely rebrand the company, from logo, to website, to clothing. The rebrand, as always, began with an indepth look into the company’s values and services, in order to best understand where they were coming from and what they offered.
The design team then went to work on the look and feel of the logo, trying out a number of ideas and variations. The final design utilised the idea of a linked chain that symbolically reflected the idea of security as well as the company’s union.
The new brand colour scheme was then used as a launch pad for the design of the website. The design team produced a professional looking website that brought the company’s look up to date. The website incorporated photographs taken by Lightflows showing the staff in their newly branded uniform. It also featured a content management system that allowed TSG to keep content and news fresh.
